Vintage pair Crystal Cobalt Blue Cut to Clear Votive Hurricane Lamp Shades

Here for your consideration is a pair of vintage crystal cobalt cut clear glass shades. I think this is for a votive. or hurricane lamp. They measure 5" tall and the diameter of the bottom opening is about 5 3/4". One has a tiny flea nick across the bottom scallop. This is seen in my pictures. Otherwise no other issues are noted.
