Vintage oversized plaid blazer dress coat clueless trendy wool blend

I believe this is a mens jacket. I had every intention as wearing as a dress and getting it taken in but at 6’2” it is not long enough. Tag is worn so please view measurements. Personally it runs like a large ish with a mens boxy unisex cut. Vintage. Some wear around the shoulder seams, pulled thread/pilling etc. seems to be a wool blend but cannot 100% verify. Gorgeous green and blue scotch plaid.
