Please see measurements below.) Waist: 14 inches, no stretch. Ribbons tie in the back. Pit to pit: 16.5 inches Shoulders: elastic, meant to sit off the shoulders Length: 50 inches from top to hem Imperfections: Small area along the waist, on the back of the dress, to the left of the zipper, could use a few stitches Small white stain on the back of the dress, along the bottom hem.
