Vintage one of a kind brocade silk blouse from London

Purchased on Londons portobello road at a vintage store. There are no tags so I assume this is a hand made item and would guess it’s from the 80s or early 90s. Beautiful fabric especially when it catches the light the rose details really pop. There is a tiny hole by the neckline that looks like it could be from a pin/brooch. Button closure at back of neck. Drop waist with elastic. Pleating detail in front. Sewn in shoulder pads but there very thin and could be taken out. No size listed but I would flag as a medium. Special and one of a kind! It’s a little too big on me or I’d wear it more, but now it can be yours
