Vintage olive green fedora, likely a size small, with bird pin and two feathers

This hat is vintage and does not have a label but is so well made it looks like it wasn’t worn very much. It is too small for me and deserves to be worn. Interior circumference is approximately 21” and it is labeled a size 7.
