Vintage old Collectible Coin bank ( Hard Rubber) Toy Locomotive

Used Thomas the Train Bank 1990s?7.5" long 5 .5" tall This is a Thomas the Train rubber piggy bank. It is marked 199?, but I can't see the last digit, but it is probably early 1990s.
