Vintage off white Bailey 44 drape neck dress. The sleeve, bust, and drape material is thin and soft. The lower part of the dress is a thicker soft material that comes all the way up to the bust where the thin material drapes over. It has a built in slip also. It has a tear on the back of the neckline, but other than the tear it is in perfect condition. My mother bought this dress in the 80s/90s.
