Beautiful Vintage night gown. Please read all details below as this is not in perfect new condition but very good Vintage condition. I purchased at a vintage shop with intentions to wear it as a dress with fun undergarments or a slip. I never ended up wearing it. It has an empire waist and bias cut dress. Top has a keyhole type opening, could wear in front or back. Feels like silk, but I do not know the fabric content for sure. Sizing: I'd say it fits a current day small bust ( pit to pit) measures 16" flat waist is about 14" flat total length 54.5" Things to note: Ties at bust, one tie came off in store and I have it, but it is not attached. The photo shows where it should attach, I don't see damage to this spot. could be easily attached if you want, or it's not needed and you can remove the other one. other side tie is attached. Small tears in the fabric on the top on what i think is the back side. see photo. I didn't notice these when I purchased and tried on only when giving it a very close inspection to list for sale. Shop I purchased from said this was fun the 60's/70's. This is a very special piece, and I hope it goes to someone who will love it as a dress or a nightgown.
