Vintage new dress

I describe as vintage because the pattern looks very 70s. This has been worn 2 times and has so much life left! Lily from Young and the Restless wore this dress on screen so if you are looking at this, you have great taste! Comes without the belt but you could pair any color of belt with it and it would look fantastic!
