Vintage navy blue ladies coat

Young Gallery navy blue Wool coat designed by E. Oshrin, LTD. Made in Republic of Belarus. Three front buttons and two side pockets. Fitted with 3/4 sleeve and velvet detail on collar and cuffs. Says size ten but I’m a size four and it’s snug but i think it’s definitely a size 6. Very fitted and cute! Statement piece! Has some wear but in great condition.
