Vintage navy Valentino boutique wrap skirt. The front opening is connected so it’s not a real wrap skirt. Zipper and hooks closure on side. Side slit. Lined skirt. I don’t have a tag with fabric information but I do not think there’s any wool in this skirt. It seems like cotton/rayon type blend but I’m far from an expert. Measures approx 22” long x approx 28” waist. Slit measures approx 6.5” long. Size 8.
