Vintage mustard yellow felted hat with side ribbon

reposhing as previous seller said circumference was 21" but it more like 20". there is some wire around underside that can be seen but does not interfere with condition. there are very small wear marks on hat. no holes or tears. no label. believe this was either handmade or older. black stitching holds the wire under rim- material rolls over stitching and wire. see pictures.
