Vintage mod 60s Westbury Fashions anchor dress

Super cute dress I've been hanging onto for decades but have never worn. It's time to pass her on! Very good used condition, only flaw to note is the bit of missing stitching on one side of the side slits. Also, there is no bottom hem. I don't know if that was an alteration or how it was made originally but there's no fraying of the fabric, as you can see from the photo. Measures 18.5" pit to pit, 16" across waist, and 19" across hip but fabric has stretch. 38.5" shoulder to hem.
