Preowned. Notice only slight scratches on Turnlock hardware. noticed slightly dirty inside flap as well as top of inside of bag as pictured. Bag measures 8 1/2 inches across 6 1/2 inches deep in about 2 inches across the bottom strap drop is 7 1/2 inches in the last hole. Please feel free to message me with any questions or offers.
