Vintage milk glass lady vessel / vase

Vintage milk glass lady vessel / vase / planter, beautiful shape and elegant design. She's about 5" tall and opening width is about 2.5". Would look adorable with a small plant to simulate her "hair". Please see pics as part of description and let me know if you have any questions! Please note that the bottom has some paint as shown in the last pic that could probably be scraped off but I have not tried.
