Vintage military style sweater/base layer

This shirt is very intriguing and quite cute. The sleeves are interesting- wide and short and almost like a cute puff sleeve when on. Wide neck. No side seems in the body construction. No content tag, but definitely a soft wool. I’ve been able to wear without itching. Condition is excellent, no holes. I’d say it can fit an S/M well. Color is olive green.
