Vintage milanzo dress

Beautiful black and white polka dot button down dress. Dress has 3/4" sleeves, white collar, and shoulder pads. The last button area has a very small rip. Please see photos. Otherwise it is in great vintage condition. The tag says it's a size 9. Made in the USA. R203114
