Vintage mid-20th century dress in perfect condition

This is a vintage original! Beautiful dark blue and black taffeta dress, with a three tiered skirt and modest shoulder pads. Not sure if it’s ever been worn, as there is a tag affixed to the sleeve; see pictures. Tag says size 12, which would be true for that era. Here are the measurements. Pit to pit 18”, Waist (Side seam to side seam) 13 inches, shoulder to waist 15 inches, waist to hem 38 1/2 inches, circumference at hem 98 inches
