Vintage mid century cream hat, ribbon, rhinestones, WPL Neco, Union label

A beautiful mid century 100% wool hat with ribbon and rhinestone trim. Color is cream. Union label. The hat is stamped on the interior crown with WPL 6705 Neco. Because there is a WPL number, I can date this hat between 1941 and 1959. WPL numbers were not used after that. My estimate is that this hat was made toward the later part of that range. Condition - excellent. There are a couple of moth nibbles on the interior brim of the hat. Nothing that I feel is any sort of an issue. The exterior crown looks like it has just the very faintest of darker circles on it. These are from the decoration on the interior crown. It is not discoloration or dirt.
