Vintage mid century comb and holder 1950s 1960s

This clear plastic comb is held in a black matte finished holder with gold colored metal trim and inside. There is a white design on the front. It is marked USA. It is 4 1/2'' long. It is vintage from the 1950s/60s. It has an outer protective sleeve and I don't see any damage.
