Vintage micro-mini croc handbag/belt bag/clutch

This tiny purse/wallet/card-holder is a mystery to me, inherited from a fashionista. The only tag says it was made in China. There is no identification of the maker or materials. But as the photos show, everything about it is well-crafted, and it looks like real croc or some unusual reptile. There is even some of the real or embossed skin on the edges of some of the inside card slots. Very nice fastening metal. Two little handle straps, but also a buckled loop, perhaps for fastening the purse on a belt or other item. I imagine it would be just right on a cruise or an occasion where a full-size purse would be inappropriate or unneeded. Size comparison by photo of a pretty long woman’s hand. Since I don’t know for sure that this is as valuable as it looks, I have to be flexible with offers.
