80s blue party dress, metallic blue spaghetti straps, ruffle (metallic blue and black netting) topped sweetheart neckline. Built in bra support, no closure. Hemline has 2 ruffled tiers of metallic blue fabric with black sheer backing. Knit ribbed black and metallic fabric has some stretch, made of nylon, rayon, metallic and polyester. Tag: New Leaf, Size 3/4. Shown on Size 2/4 “model,” 33.5”x23”x34”. Tag says Size 3/4 but I am listing this as a 2 as it was a very snug fit. Necklace not included.
