Vintage metal belt buckle

I'm guessing it's from the 70s, but I really don't know. There is some wear. See pics, ask questions. It is a pewter like color with some brassiness (?) showing through. Definitely metal. Pic #7 shows something stuck on the underneath, doesn't effect use.
