Vintage maxi skirt with pockets, small

Excellent condition with no rips, holes, or stains and also has functioning pockets! Waistband is elastic and measures 12.5” flat. Skirt is approximately 31” long. Material is 100% rayon & is genuine vintage. Tag says size large but it fits like a small (my waist is about 27” and it fits loosely around me).
