Vintage low-rise western inspired distressed bootcut jeans

Excellent vintage condition. I don’t know anything about these jeans. I bought them from a thrift store about 20 years ago, so they’re at least that old. They have Western inspired detailing and distressing/darkening, but no actual signs of wear. The button says Polo Assn, but these don’t look like any Polo jeans I’ve ever seen, and the inside tag says Whitney. I’d wear them but I’ve accepted I will never be this small.
