Vintage long sleeve duster with Fringe and flower appliqué. “Pat and Jane” brand

Fun vintage fringe duster. Likely from the late 80’s or early 90’s. Flower appliqué and slit in the back. Shoulder pads which could be removed if chosen. Cuffs are nice and big. Lightweight for any occasion. Size is large but I am a small medium and the oversized look is great with this one. Great party outfit. I wore it with black lace onesie under. Length is to just above my knee and I am 5’3”. Looks gray on my guy too- gender neutral.
