Vintage long pink polyester dress home made

home made vintage long pink dress 51 inches long from top of shoulder to bottom 2 splits in the front the best I can figure it is a size 20 the black shorts are 20w and they are the same across as the dress also it is 20.5 in in the chest. waist is 19/ 20 inches thus the shorts are a size 20 and they are the same as the waist on the dress.. I have trimmed some reveling from the trim where I washed and dried it pink polyester material this is a hand made dress vintage from a old building being demolished for the new justice center here in town.. i would think 60 's or 70's it is very nice..
