Vintage little girl dress

The sweetest little vintage corduroy apron dress. 90s or 80s, unreadable tags. Approx modern size 5 in my opinion, or 4-6t. Please check flat lay measurements: pit-to-pit (max empire waist) 14", shoulder to hem length 22.5", arm opening 5.5". Gentle fraying at left ruffle cap sleeve, please see pics. Appliqué is pristine. Adjustable waist with attached ties.
