Vintage limited edition Victorian porcelain Doll

This is a Victorian Style limited edition porcelain doll that has been previously owned and was still attached to a carton backing which I removed (see photo). The doll is on a plastic stand. It's condition is perfect, except for scuffs on one of the white shoes. The color of the velvet dress is somewhat blue green, looks more green to me. The doll is approximately 16 inches tall. Shoulder to shoulder 7 inches wide. The dress is approximately 10 inches long. Tag on it reads Limited Edition.
