Vintage late 80's velvet/satin dress

Never worn, probably from the 80s black velvet dress with fuchsia upper portion w/ lightly padded shoulders- Hidden zipper in the back and wide keyhole with 1 black button closure, & slight slit in the back. tag says size 7 but I would say this is more like a size 2 or 3 nowadays
