Vintage lambswool blend winter sweater made in Italy

Fair Isle knit sweater, ombre coloring with a black motif. Size M, but runs small. Great vintage condition; I didn't notice any issues! There are a couple things that I kept thinking were spots, but I believe they're actually just natural variations in the wool (see photos, especially the last one).
