Vintage lace, tulle, black polka dot skirt

Vintage black Lacey tulle polka dot skirt The top of skirt has more of a fitted portion and then flares out (a petticoat style). There a small clasp and also a zipper on the side of the skirt Measurements listed but please let me know if you need additional ones since this is a vintage item and not sized.
