Vintage lace top dress with circular skirt and sheer overlay with rosette belt

Vintage dress. Detachable pleat tuck belt with rosette. Lace top and scallop sleeve with snap. 21” zipper down the back. Circular skirt with sheer overlay. Looks like it might have been a custom made dress. It’s very small as it is vintage, but check the MEASUREMENT CARD. There is a small pink mark at the hem (See Photo). This dress is very beautiful in person.
