Vintage lace top

Vintage label: R&M Richards Top is in excellent condition no holes stains or pulls to the lace. Funky rhinestone buttons. Lately states it is a jacket but could be worn as a shirt as well. Labeled 16 but vintage sizing is often smaller in some areas. MEASURES: shoulder to shoulder flat 19” pit to pit 21” length 24”
