Vintage lace dress with tiered skirt

Cute little dress, probably from the 1950s. Lace is slightly discolored as shown in photos, prob can come out with some TLC. Skirt is tiered. No tags so perhaps this was custom made. Length 38” Armpit to armpit 16.5” Waist 13”
