sabvintagejxn @kelleymartina I really think it could be dressed up or down depending on your shoes and accessories. I have it shown with a crinoline underneath to display the fullness of the skirt. It would be more dressy with the crinoline for a party look and more casual without for an everyday look. Also, this dress came from an estate in Satartia, MS and belonged to two sisters who had matching everything! This dress belonged to the older sister!
