I'm guessing these were my sisters so that would make it early 1980s - I'm helping my mom go though 'saved' items. Inside tags says 4 months and have these vintage Fisher Price socks, which I'll include. While opening the mouth to look for tags, I did hear some cracking on the tongue; these were worn and has noticeable toe scuffing.
