In excellent condition. I don't see a size tag but this will fit a small petite. Waist measures 13" across Inseam is 27" long. Bust is 17"-18" across because it has some pleats design. Please refer to the measurements. High waisted design, 13" is the rise. I ship the same day or the next. b
