Vintage jacket w/Rococo pattern collar and pockets

Designed by Dina Bar-El, this jacket is jet black rayon with 3 gold and black buttons. Two welt pockets on the front are still stitched closed. The bare rococo pattern on the collar and pocket flaps are also rayon. Padded 1980s shoulders. Bust: 20" Waist: 16" Hip: 21". Length from shoulder to hem: 29" Great look over black skinnies and Boots. EUC! Smoke free pet free. No flaws whatsoever.
