Vintage jacket

Amazing homemade vintage jacket from the early 90s. Shoulder pads, heavy silky fabric (feels like the fabric you would use for a decorative pillow), elbow length sleeves. Fits like S or M. 14” measured at the waist line laying flat, but enough in the seams to let out a little if needed. Very unique.
