Vintage jacket

Cream/beige vintage jacket with belt. Has hidden buttons (except top button) up the front. It does not have a tag so I am unsure of the brand or size. I would guess a medium because that is what I usually wear and it fits me well. I am 123 pounds and my measurements are 36” bust 27” waist 37” hips. The length of jacket is 40.5” Shoulder to shoulder laying flat 16” Waist laying flat 18.5”
