Vintage homemade clown costume

My mother made this for me as a Halloween costume in ‘88 So, there is no real size but I was 2 years old… I have laid out the measurements in the pics. Top of zipper slightly frayed but still functional Ruffle neck piece with tie to attach Bright red/ navy cherry design Right leg ankle elastic is a bit loose but could be held with a clip Hope someone can enjoy!
