Vintage high waisted distressed shorts

These distressed jean shorts are super cute for the summer. The tag says 11, but they fit a little smaller. The waist measures 15, & the hips measure 19 1/2. I love these but I have to sell them because they are too big for me now. Feel free to make an offer.
