Vintage high waist jeans

Jesse Jeans high waisted straight leg w/ zip and bow ankles. Inseam measuring 29.5” waist is 15” flat. Says a 13/14 but no way. Rise is 14” which is pretty high. There is no stretch to these so you could even cut off for some cut shorts.
