Vintage hat!

teal velour. lovely, sparkly embellishment. the netting is ragged and needs to be replaced or eliminated. I'm leaving it on the hat in case the next owner wants to know where it was attached. LOTS of vintage hats in my closet and I'd be ecstatic to make a bundle deal!
