Vintage hand-painted Horses and fox hunt scene mug with gold handle

Vintage hand-painted Horses and fox hunt scene mug with gold handle. This came to me with the shaving mugs, but I believe this is just a drinking vessel. The hunt scene is an applique, and the handle is hand-painted with gold trim and signed H.D. Ammerman 1964. It is 3 1/2” tall x 4 5/8” wide with handle. It is in very good condition.
