Vintage handmade striped dress

A handmade vintage dress from the 80’s. Comfortable material, it has some stretch to it, and I don’t believe it’s meant to be too form fitting. I believe the stripes are actually a dark navy. There is no sizing so I’ve included pictures of the measurements. I believe it comes close to a modern size 0 or 2, only because the arm pit to arm pit measurement is so small. 🌿Will accept offers 🌿Please see pictures for details on measurements
