Vintage handmade skirt

Vintage handmade skirt with pockets! Not sure exact date but I would say the earliest it could be is late 60s (not sure) but could be as late as the 90s. This perfect red and floral design with lace is perfect for a bright colorful person. A few loose stitches and light pilling but overall in great condition with no holes or stains. No tag but I would say it would fit a XS/ S best.
