Vintage handmade purse. Black and white cotton polka-dot fabric with whimsical grosgrain ribbon trim. Black handles have bamboo-like texture. Fully lined and has two interior pockets. Closes at top with black grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition. No stains or tears.
