Vintage handmade polka dot midi skirt with belt loops ⚪️⚫️

This is a vintage, handmade skirt. It’s a high waist fit with belt loops and pockets. Fits me as a longer midi skirt but could be maxi on shorter gals. Material is soft, lightweight and silky.
